Coaching

Coaching is the most effective form of consulting for executive and decision-makers alike.  Coaching lays the solid foundation upon which operating efficiency and positive future prospects are built. Coaching differs significantly from standard consulting in the following three aspects:

  1. Coaching includes analysis in one-on-one dialog with the manager / decision-maker, as well as comprehensive support during realization.

  2. Intensive exchange between coach and decision-maker means that the results of analysis can be directly implemented as concrete objectives and strategies. A customized program of measures can be established more quickly.

  3. Clients gain experience of processes they have personally helped develop - a valuable asset after coaching has finished.

During the realization stage, the decision-maker is supported by the coach in the form of a prearranged course spread over a period of several weeks. Measures are implemented in turn, their realization is controlled and fine-tuned wherever necessary, all the time involving a highly motivated team in the process. Support during the operational phase imparts the decision-maker with the necessary knowledge, expertise and confidence. It is an essential guide on the road to lasting success.

The administrator, manager or other decision-maker is of course the main focus of coaching. Together with the coach, this person paves the road to success. The ultimate aim is to maintain and promote the agreed new direction on his/her own, both internally and externally.

Coaching can also be beneficial when financial partners such as lessors, breweries, beverage brands and banks wish to offer support by helping to find solutions or maximize the potential of the endeavor, and to put the project on a firm footing for future achievement.
