The Pierre Nierhaus strategic network extends into all areas of gastronomy, cinema and leisure industry, including the “trainer scene”. Nierhaus is actively involved in the various DEHOGA expert groups. He was a founding member of, and press officer for, the Leaders Club Deutschland (formed in 2001 as a Europe-wide forum for innovative gastronomy) as well as a member of the FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International).
